One Engineer.
Total Commitment.

Not a team of rotating contractors. Not a faceless agency. One specialist, one relationship, one standard.

I am an independent industrial robotics engineer working primarily with KUKA systems. My work covers the full lifecycle of robotic automation, from initial concept and feasibility through to programming, cell design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing support.

When you engage Stealth Robotics, you get me. The same engineer who designs the solution is the one who programmes it, commissions it, and stands behind it. There is no handover to a junior, no dilution of accountability, no communication breakdown between departments.

I position myself as a long-term partner in your automation journey. My commitment is to build reliable, intelligent robotic systems that work for your operation today and scale with you into the future.

Automation Feasibility Advisor

Describe your current manual process and production challenge. Our AI advisor, trained on deep industrial robotics knowledge, will walk you through a preliminary feasibility assessment covering robot suitability, likely cell architecture, key integration challenges, and practical considerations, all before you pick up the phone.

Stealth Robotics AI Welcome. I am the Stealth Robotics feasibility advisor. Tell me about the process you are considering automating and I will give you a practical, honest assessment of what robotic automation could look like for your operation.

You can describe your process in as much or as little detail as you like. The more you tell me about part types, weights, volumes, cycle time targets, and your current setup, the more specific my assessment can be.

Quick Prompts

Automation ROI Calculator

Estimate the financial return on investment for automating a manual process. Enter your current operational costs and the projected automation investment to see payback period, annual savings, and five-year financial outlook. Conservative industrial assumptions are used wherever you leave a field blank.

Current Operation

Number of people performing this task
Including NI, pension, overhead. Leave blank for £16/hr default
Leave blank for 250 days (5-day week)
Percentage of parts scrapped or reworked
Lost time due to breaks, changeovers, stoppages
Material + labour cost of each reject
Optional, used for throughput gain comparison

Automation Investment

Robot, tooling, guarding, integration, commissioning
Leave blank for 3% of cell cost
Operators still needed to supervise/load the cell
Expected reject rate after automation. Leave blank for 50% reduction
Robot cells typically achieve 92-97% uptime
Optional, expected automated throughput
Additional electricity for robot cell. Leave blank for £2,500
Leave blank for 10 years

Cycle Time & Throughput Estimator

A generalised engineering estimator for robotic cell throughput. Enter your motion parameters, process times, and I/O overhead to estimate cycle time, sustainable throughput, and cell stability. All optional fields use conservative industrial defaults when left blank.

Layer 1: Motion Capacity

Total individual robot moves in one cycle
Approximate average travel per move
% of robot max speed. Conservative default: 50%
From robot datasheet. Default: 2000 mm/s
Part + gripper weight at TCP
Robot max payload rating. Default: 16kg
Moves requiring precise stop (PTP exact). Default: 2
Significant wrist reorientations. Each adds ~0.3s

Layer 2: Process & I/O

Open/close operations. Default: 2
Time per open or close. Default: 0.3s
Welding, dispensing, pressing, etc. Default: 0
Image capture + processing. Default: 0 (no vision)
Total signal wait time per cycle. Default: 0.5s

Parallel robots sharing workload. Default: 1
Total production hours per day. Default: 16

KUKA Specialist

Deep, focused expertise in the KUKA ecosystem. Thoroughly proficient where it counts.

KUKA is my primary platform. I work across the full range of KUKA controllers and robot models, from KR C4 through to KR C5, with extensive experience in KRL programming, WorkVisual configuration, and KUKA-specific tooling.

My programming style prioritises clarity, maintainability, and production robustness. I write structured KRL that your in-house team can understand and maintain, with comprehensive error handling, clean signal architectures, and thorough documentation.

Beyond the robot itself, I bring strong competence in the surrounding integration landscape: PLC communication via PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, vision system integration, end-effector design collaboration, and safety system architecture.

A Partner, Not a Contractor

The difference between gaining a committed engineering partner and filling a seat.

01

Single Point of Accountability

No project managers, no intermediaries. You speak directly to the engineer building your system. Every decision, every trade-off, every piece of code traces back to one person who owns it completely.

02

Long-Term Thinking

Engineering decisions made with your long-term operational reality in mind. Maintainability, scalability, and robustness are the foundation, not afterthoughts.

03

Honest Technical Guidance

No sales targets, no incentive to oversell. Honest technical assessment, realistic timelines, and engineering decisions driven by what actually works.

04

Knowledge Transfer

Systems your team can own. Clean code, thorough documentation, structured handover, and genuine commitment to building your capability, not dependency.

The Process

Structured, transparent, from first conversation to production handover.

Phase 01

Discovery & Feasibility

We start with a conversation about what you actually need. I assess your process, identify real automation opportunities, and give an honest evaluation. No obligation.

Phase 02

Concept & Design

Cell concept development: robot selection, layout, end-effector requirements, cycle time analysis, and safety architecture. You see the design before anything is built.

Phase 03

Development & Programming

Robot programming in KUKA KRL, signal integration, process logic, error recovery, and operator interface development. Regular progress updates throughout.

Phase 04

Commissioning & Validation

On-site commissioning: bringing the system to life, tuning motion profiles, validating cycle times, running safety checks. I stay until it works, properly.

Phase 05

Handover & Support

Full documentation, operator training, maintenance guidance. And when you need support after, I am still here. The relationship does not end at sign-off.

A world where intelligent robotics enhances human potential and drives a better tomorrow. Not by replacing people, but by removing the barriers between human ambition and what is technically achievable.
